FAQ’s
Q - What does Partin & Associates (P&A) do on this trip?
A - Our team will be on property for your entire trip to take care of all logistics to help ensure that you and your guests have the most memorable, stress-free experience while at Pebble Beach. If you have any questions, requests, or concerns, our team is there to take care of any needs you might have.
Q - What is the best airport to fly into?
A - Monterey Regional Airport is just 20 minutes from the Pebble Beach property. San Jose is the next closest that is 90 minutes away. We do NOT recommend connecting flights through Denver in February due to weather. If you choose to fly into San Jose (SJC) or San Francisco (SFO), we can help arrange a shuttle or black car service to pick you up or you can rent a car.
Q - How will I get from the MRY airport to Pebble Beach?
A - There will be a shuttle to pick you up. You’ll be assigned to either a Pebble Beach Resort shuttle or Partin & Associates (P&A). You will be notified of which, prior to the trip.
Q - Where will I be staying?
A - The Inn at Spanish Bay - 2700 17 Mile Dr., Pebble Beach, CA 93953
Q - Where do I go to check-in once I arrive at The Inn at Spanish Bay?
A - Please proceed to the front desk to check-in. After check-in, please come to the hospitality suite (Spanish Bay Suite #1038).
Q - What if I forgot my sunscreen and rain gear?
A - We have you covered! P&A will have a supply of ponchos, sunscreen, ChapStick, and a first aid kit in hospitality suite for your convenience. Forgot your toothbrush or lost a button? Come by the suite, and we will get you fixed up.
Q - What kind of attire is allowed at the resort?
A - Resort Casual. Temps are typically between 50-65 during the day.
Q - What kind of attire is allowed on the golf courses?
A - Golf attire on the courses. Pants & shorts are welcome, so long as they are not denim, cargo, or sweats. NO blue jeans on the courses. Mornings can be chilly & foggy. Layers and a water-resistant wind shirt or jacket are recommended.
Q - How do I book a caddie?
A - P&A takes care of arranging the caddies for each round. Caddie fees are included in your package along with a reasonable tip. Your caddies are hand-picked and will improve your score. If a caddie deserves more, feel free to give an additional tip. If you have come on a previous Pebble Beach trip and have a preferred caddie(s), please let us know in advance.
Q - Do I need to bring my own clubs, or can I rent a set on property?
A - You may bring or ship your own clubs or rent them at any of the resort courses. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent clubs on property. Pebble Beach recommends Ship Sticks for shipping clubs. Another option is to rent clubs with Clublender. You can order them online and they will deliver directly to the hotel. After the event, they will pick up the clubs from the hotel.

Q - What time is the hospitality suite open?
A - The hospitality suite is open every day from 1 p.m. until 11 p.m.
Q - What will be served and available in the hospitality suite?
A - Snacks, fully stocked bar, cold drinks, and after-dinner cigars provided. Please advise of any allergies in advance.
Q - How do we book our dinner reservations?
A - Dinner reservations must be made in advance. Each team captain will let us know their dinner preferences. P&A will take care of booking & altering all dinner reservations. We can also give suggestions on the best locations based on courses played and tee times. Breakfasts & lunches can be scheduled as well but are not necessary.
Q - How do I get around Pebble Beach resort?
A - We utilize the resort shuttle when possible. P&A will also provide additional transportation.
Q - Is there anything I need to know if I am planning on bringing a spouse/partner/guest?
A - Please let P&A know in advance if you have a guest coming with you. Be sure to talk to us about creating a customized program for your guest. We will also need to know if they will join you for dinners.
