Friday, February 20th

• Arrive at The Inn at Spanish Bay.

• Check in at the front desk. Then please come to the hospitality suite (Spanish Bay Suite #1038).

• You are free to go to dinner wherever you would like to go. P&A can offer recommendations. Peppoli, Roy’s, and Sticks are located at The Inn at Spanish Bay. Stillwater, Tap Room, The Bench, & The Hay are located at The Lodge.

• Hospitality Suite open from 1:00 - 11:00 pm. (Hotel Quiet time - 10:00 pm) - On arrival day, it will be open all day.

• Night #1

Saturday, February 21st

• 12:10 pm - Pebble Beach/Caddies - 12 golfers - (Tee Times - 12:10, 12:20, 12:30)

• 6:45 pm - Dinner - Tap Room - 6 guests

• 7:00 pm - Dinner - Tap Room - 6 guests

• 7:15 pm - Dinner - Tap Room - 6 guests

• Hospitality Suite - Open from 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

• Night #2

Sunday, February 22nd

• 9:00 am - Spanish Bay/Caddies - 12 golfers - (Tee Times - 9:00, 9:10, 9:20)

• 6:00 pm - Dinner - Fandango (Pacific Grove - Off Property) - 18 guests - P&A team will transport your group there & back.

• Hospitality Suite - Open from 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

• Night #3

Monday, February 23rd

• Depart

The Hospitality Suite is open from 1:00 - 11:00 pm each day. Please drop by before dinner for a quick snack/appetizer & a pre-dinner cocktail. After dinner, come back to relax & enjoy an after-dinner drink & cigar.
