Documentation needed from P&A to complete the payment process:

The deposit invoice will reflect the total amount listed on the signed contract with Partin & Associates. This includes your fixed costs of golf, rooms, caddies and operational costs. This can be paid in full or you can set up a payment plan with Amanda at Partin and Associates. This is to be paid on time by the agreed payment date(s) that you have arranged with Amanda.

You will also receive a final invoice after the event at Pebble Beach. This will include, but is not limited to: all incidentals, additional golf, meals, spa, course carts, pro shops, gifts, additional room nights, off-property activities, etc…. The final invoice is to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
