Q - What is the best airport to fly into?
A - Monterey Regional Airport is just 15 minutes from the Pebble Beach property. San Jose is the next closest that is 90 minutes away.

Q - How will I get from the airport to Pebble Beach?
A - There will be a shuttle to pick you up. You’ll be assigned to either a Pebble Beach Resort shuttle or Partin & Associates (P&A). You will be notified of which prior to the trip.

Q - Where do I go to checkin once I arrive at The Inn at Spanish Bay?
A - Please proceed to the Spanish Bay Hospitality Suite. P&A will have your room keys for you to pickup.

Q - I forgot rain ponchos and sunscreen!
A - We have you covered! P&A will have a supply of ponchos, sunscreen, lipstick and a first aid kit in hospitality suite for your convenience.

Q - What kind of attire is allowed on the golf courses?
A - It is mandatory that you where pants. Shorts are not permitted on the courses.

Q - What time is the hospitality suite open?
A - The hospitality suite is open every day from 1 p.m. until 11 p.m.

Q - What will be served and available in the hospitality suite?
A - A lot of alcohol and appetizers. More to be filled in…..

Q - How do we book our dinner reservations?
A - Each team captain will let us know their dinner preferences and we will book accordingly.

Q - How do we get to the Pebble Beach and Spyglass course?
A - You will take the shuttle that will pick you up from Spanish Bay.
