Here is a tentative schedule for your trip. A final schedule will be sent out to each group once all details are confirmed.

Monday, February 16th

• Arrive at The Inn at Spanish Bay. Partin & Associates will arrange your transportation to the hotel.

• If playing Spyglass, bring your luggage to the Hospitality Suite (Spanish Bay Suite #1038). You can check in after your round.

• If you are not playing Spyglass, check-in at 4:00 pm. If you arrive before this time, please come straight to the suite (#1038) and relax until check-in time. We will request an early check-in, but it will be based on availability.

• 11:50 am – Spyglass – 20 golfers – (Tee Times: 11:50, 12:00, 12:10, 12:20, 12:30)

• After golf, everyone meets immediately at the hospitality suite for post round settle up.

• Group Dinner at Peppoli – Time TBD

• After dinner, meet at the hospitality suite for a night cap.

Tuesday, February 17th

• 8:30 am - Pebble Beach – All Groups (Tee Times: 8:30, 8:40, 8:50, 9:00, 9:10, 9:20)

• After golf, everyone meets immediately at the hospitality suite for post round settle up.

• Dinner – Your choice (Options listed on the “Dining Options” page.)

• After dinner, meet at the hospitality suite for a night cap.

• Hospitality Suite open from 1:00 – 11:00 pm.

Wednesday, February 18th

• 10:40 am – Spanish Bay – All Groups – (Tee Times: 10:40, 10:50, 11:00, 11:10, 11:20, 11:30)

• After golf, everyone meets immediately at the hospitality suite for post round settle up.

• Dinner – Your Choice (Options listed on the “Dining Options” page.)

• After dinner, meet at the hospitality suite for a night cap.

• Hospitality Suite open from 1:00 – 11:00 pm.

Thursday, February 19th

• 10:30 am – Spyglass – All Groups – (Tee Times: 10:30, 10:40, 10:50, 11:00, 11:10, 11:20)

• After golf, everyone meets immediately at the hospitality suite for post round settle up.

• Group Dinner at Fandango in Pacific Grove – Time TBD

• After dinner, meet at the hospitality suite for a night cap.

• Hospitality Suite open from 1:00 – 11:00 pm.

Friday, February 20th

• Depart

The Hospitality Suite is open from 1:00 – 11:00 pm each day. Please drop by before dinner for quick snack/appetizer and a pre-dinner cocktail. After dinner, come back to relax and enjoy an after-dinner drink & cigar.
